Easy Carmel Apple Pie Recipe For Any Occasion

This is a simple pie recipe that you can make with basic ingredients at home. This recipe is great for family events and it is very customizable for any dietary needs.


  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/4 Cup Water

  • 1 Package of Pie Crust (I recommend Immaculate crust)

  • 5-6 Peeled Apples

  • 2 Tablespoons Flour


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water. Bring the syrup to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar, then remove from heat.

  3. Take the apples and roll them in flour and a dash of cinnamon. Roll them so it is fully coated.

  4. Unroll the pie crusts, press one into the pie dish, and place the apples into the crust. Then unroll the second crust on your work surface and cut 8 1-inch strips. Criss-Cross the strips over the apples or weave them into a lattice crust. Crimp the crust over the lattice strips with your fingers.

  5. Spoon the caramel sauce over the pie covering the lattice portion of the crust letting the remaining sauce drizzle through the crust onto the apple filling.

  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 ° F and bake until crust is golden brown, the caramel on top is set, and apple filling is bubbling, 35 to 40 minutes. Allow the pie to cool.

  7. Serve and Enjoy!
